SERVICE & REPAIR STORAGE POLICY

At Electrified Adventures, we strive to provide prompt and efficient service to all our customers. To maintain an organized and efficient workspace and ensure fair use of our storage facilities, we have established the following policy regarding unclaimed eBikes or eScooters:

  1. Storage Period: Any eBike or repair item left at our shop and remaining unclaimed for a period exceeding 30 days after completion of service or notification of readiness for pickup will be considered abandoned.

  2. Notification: We will make reasonable attempts to contact the owner using the provided contact information when the repair or service is completed. We will issue reminders after the initial completion notice if the item remains unclaimed.

  3. Disposal or Sale: If the item remains unclaimed after 30 days following the completion notice and all efforts to contact the owner have been unsuccessful, Electrified Adventures reserves the right to dispose of or sell the item to recover costs incurred for storage and repair.

  4. Notification of Intent: Before disposal or sale, a final notice will be sent to the contact information provided, clearly stating our intent to dispose of or sell the item within a specified period (usually 7 days). This notification will include details of any outstanding charges owed to Electrified Adventures.

  5. Disposal Process: Disposal may involve recycling, donating, or other appropriate means depending on the condition and nature of the unclaimed item.

  6. Sale Process: If Electrified Adventures decides to sell the unclaimed item, the proceeds from the sale will first be used to cover any outstanding charges owed by the owner. Any surplus will be retained by Electrified Adventures to cover storage fees and the cost of the item's services.

  7. Waiver of Ownership: Upon disposing of or selling the unclaimed item, the owner waives any future claim or ownership rights to the item and its proceeds.

By leaving an eBike or repair item with Electrified Adventures, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy.

Please be aware of this policy and ensure timely pickup of your serviced or repaired eBike to avoid any inconvenience or potential loss of the item.
