The Shop is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or after the repair process, including but not limited to damage to property, personal injury, or loss of data.
Repair Services:
The Shop will perform repairs to the best of our abilities, using our expertise and experience. However, we do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved or that your electric bike will be restored to its original condition.
The Shop is not responsible for any additional damage or malfunctions that may arise during or after the repair process, whether caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or other factors.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information about their electric bike, including its make, model, and any known issues.
The customer should disclose any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals or entities that may affect the repair process or void any warranties.
Warranty:
The Shop provides a limited warranty on the repair services performed. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be communicated to the customer at the time of service.
The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
Non-Guarantee of Parts Availability:
The availability of specific parts required for repair cannot be guaranteed. The Shop will make reasonable efforts to source the necessary parts, but in some cases, they may be discontinued, back-ordered, or unavailable.
The customer will be informed of any challenges related to parts availability, and alternative solutions will be discussed if applicable.
